fed ex or ups, (whichever is least expensive at the time)....unless you specify. shipping charges are rates + my shipping supplies... no handling fees...

the time frame for completing your piece depends on the
weather and how many orders are before yours...(you can
"save" your spot in my book by placing an 'open' order
until you decide exactly which piece you would
like....then i will contact you when it's your turn...
if you have an "emergency", i.e., it's for a gift, let me know
and i'll try to work it in....but this is hard to do during the
holiday season...
returns....
if your piece arrives damaged, please let me know
immediately. save all the wrappings so that i can file a
damaged claim with the shipper. they will need to see the
shipment so that they can rate the cause for damage...
if your piece just doesn't 'work' for you.... i'm happy to
make exchanges for you, within reason.
